LearnEdge AI - Terms of Use

Welcome to LearnEdge AI. By downloading, installing, or using the LearnEdge AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LearnEdge AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LearnEdge AI is an educational mobile application that provides:

• AI and technology learning content
• Interactive quizzes and assessments
• Daily AI news updates (subscription feature)

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Service

LearnEdge AI offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Daily AI News Pro") that provides access to premium features including daily AI news content.

3.2 Subscription Terms

• Price: $2.99 USD per month (or equivalent in local currency)
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

3.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.

3.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by NAJ Developments and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

Any data you input into the App (such as quiz progress) is stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account. We do not collect or store personal user content on our servers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Educational content provided in the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAJ DEVELOPMENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAJ Developments from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and NAJ Developments, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, or claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
